Does anyone take supplements?

I'm just wondering if anyone takes any supplements. My brother PJ takes a supplement and I'm just wondering if I should as well. I have a great skin and coat so I'm thinking I don't really need one.

If you're eating a good quality kitty food and have no health issues (arthritis, anemia, herpes) I really don't think supplements are necessary. There are so many wonderful cat foods out there today that have everything we need to be strong and healthy. I know I don't want to take anything I don't have to :)!

I take a joint supplement (Cosequin) but it's because I have arthritis from when my leg was hurt a few years ago. I have pins and screws in my leg, and my arthritis tends to flare up in rainy or cold weather. The Cosequin helps a lot. But if you're healthy and have no medical conditions requiring supplements, you probably don't need to take any supplements.

I take a kind of vitamin for my coat. It makes me look better and my coat is better now. My hair doesn't spill so much.
