We are loyal Natural Balance customers, and although mommy has been nervous throughout this entire disaster, we have not switched from their Ultra-Premium formula. (She still checks their website every day to make sure it's safe.)
Mommy sent them an email with some suggestions for them, one of which was for them to form a "Natural Balance Club" where they could store their customers' emails on a data base and use them to send out coupons, product information, and in case of emergency, recall information.
Today, mommy went to their site, and they have a huge "coming soon" sign there about a "Natural Balance Club" using mommy's wording pretty much exactly.
We are very excited they listened, unless it was just an odd coincidence!
