Dear Catster reader,
Almost two years ago, we invested numerous resources and rebuilt the Catster community. With new hardware, software and personnel, we did our best to satisfy the many users who shared their thoughts, pictures, questions, and love for and of their pets with us and friends. It was a thriving community with many users. We hoped, however, there would be more like you.
Times and habits have changed and we are sad to announce that the Catster community will be closing down on July 20, 2019.
Catster magazine, www.catster.com and the associated social media sites are NOT shutting down. We encourage you to continue reading the content found in the pages of the magazine and the web sites, commenting through the mechanisms provided and sharing your ideas and comments with us and your fellow readers.
Instructions for accessing pet profiles were shared with everyone in 2017. The instructions can be found elsewhere within the forum. AFTER JULY 20TH, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THIS CONTENT. And, effective immediately, we are no longer able to answer questions about the community.
Thank you for your support and we look forward to serving you through our magazine and website.
that\'s why you are awesome Alex
Well, I almost dropped the can! Don't ask me how the heck I missed the wheat gluten on that turkey can. (must have been a day I forgot my reading glasses):r. Luckily I only hagotten a couple 3 oz cans of that, and I had only 1 left whew! Tigger will eat pretty much anything, and Smithwick is proving to be an industrial vaccum, so the prob I have with switching is Miss Maizy. In reality is it better not to give her any wet or at least one she willl eat a bit off that is not the best but grain free? I had started her on that when she was little, I never knew what I know now, but since then I have tried so many different wet foods with her. SHe will have no chunks, no gravy, no slices, no firm pate. I truly cannot believe how much junk food is out there. I pick up a can & think this will be good, then start reading - um no. I did get a can of the Natural Balance duck for them to try. I have no idea what the texture is like. We shall see how miss picky-pants reacts to that.
ps - when I went to get the pro plan cans, they have new flavors - salmon with carrots & tomato chunks & pasta....sounds yummy FOR PEOPLE. Tomatoes? pasta?really?
Thanks for the info Alex, I guess it is time for me to do some more homework!
