is ok for some cats/kittens to stay small or should I be worried?, her weight is great for her age and size and shes active too . shes even dewormed or is it traits from her parents cuz her mom is kinda small but her dad is a monster ! (he is really big!)

You better ask this, when the kitten is a grown up. At this age (6 months) they look like "real" cats, but have still at least half a year to continue growing. It seems some cats don't grow too much then others get a sudden growth push. But as long as your vet says there are no health problems everything is in order. Better don't try to make your cat grow by feeding, it'll make her fat not tall...
