My cat is bleeding. i was told it was a male and had been fixed, so why is he bleeding?

    Was he fixed in the past week? He may have tore some stitches. Some cats need collars when they are healing. Take him to the vet.

    Moxie is right--it could be a popped stitch although lots of vets use surgical glue to close incisions now, especially on males. If he wasn't neutered recently, it's possible he has a kidney stone or other obstruction in the tubes that carry the urine out. This isn't going to resolve itself and will probably only get worse. Like Moxie advises--take him to the vet.
