i can only answer with a question: why are you worried about it? is she coughing? gagging without bringing anything up? could you provide a bit more information?

If she is not eatng, swallowing hard, wheezing, gagging and sticking out her neck, trying to vomit, and her eyes seem like they're bulging out, she's probably got something in there--could be a hairball, could be a growth, could be a toy or something she found, ate and couldn't get it down. By NO MEANS should you open her mouth and stick your fingers down there as you could push whatever it is farther down and block her windpipe. This could also be an allergic reaction to something. She could have been bitten by an insect or poisoned. If she's in jeopardy, you need to take her to a vet, even an emergency vet, right away. This is nothing to fool around with. She needs medical attention.
