This question was posted about a month ago. At that time, we answered that if you suspect your cat has a urinary tract infection, he/she needs to go to the vet's for diagnoses and treatment. Cranberry juice is a preventative, not a cure. And, since some plants (of which cranberries are) can be poisonous to animals, I would not give your cat any. In addition, your cat would need to drink so much juice, even if you could get it down her, she'd throw it right back up. If you suspect your cat has a uti, please take her to the vet's.

There isn't enough of what is needed in the juice to help the cat at all and if it is a male he needs to go to the vet immediately because he could have blockage which is extremely life threatening and if this is the case death can happen fast.
