It's worth getting a check up at the vet. She may have a problem with her anal glands being full and this can sometimes cause this to happen. The anal glands are on each side of the cats anus and produce a thick oily liquid that cats use to mark their territory in the wild. Normally they empty out as a cat poops but they can get full up. The vet can empty them manually and she should be OK after that. If its not the anal glands the vet will be able to check if she has any other medical issues that could cause this problem.

Is she long-haired? It may be getting stuck to her tush - if she is long-haired try shaving back the hair a little around the anus. If not - I agree with the previous poster - she may have a narrowing due to a full anal gland - I wouldn't worry too much as long as the infection has cleared - this may improve as well with a little time.
