Take her to a vet so they can give her antibiotics to cure the infection. She'll just get sicker if you don't do anything. The vet exam and meds will cost $50-75 and the vet will probably let you give them a post dated check of pay it off over time if money is tiught at the moment.

Freckles is right. We wish we could give out free medical advice over the Internet and cure all our kitty friends. But, the truth of the matter is that we are not vets here, just people who love cats. There is no way we can help a cat we've never seen and don't know the history of. You already know you need to take her to the vet for an antibiotic if she does, in fact, have a urinary tract infection, don't you? You know that's the only thing that will cure it, just like in a human being. Having recently had a bladder infection, I can attest to the fact that it's very painful and your old girl will thank you with many purrs and headbonks if you take her to the vet for help. If you don't have a vet, many animal shelters and rescues have vets on board that treat animals for a reduced rate and they can suggest whom you should go to. Hope she feels better soon!

Is your cat on an all dry food diet? In addition to getting meds from the vet, try only feeding her canned food since it has a lot of moisture and can help flush out the bacteria.
