Bewbornt is breathing really fast too! Any suggestions on how to help it or what it causing this?? P

We recently found a litter of 5 kittens at our local pool, sadly 3 of them drowned in a tub of water but we took in the other two. I looked up online to see how ok they are and I estimate they are 4-6 days old. One of them is doing great! But the other one not so well. The one doing good is squirming around and meowin but the other is just laying down doing nothing. It is breathing really fast too! Any suggestions on how to help it or what it causing this?? Please help!!

It doesn't sound good. Recommend you take it to a vet asap
