My 90 lb. Shepherd Husky mix does this too and one day, the bed is going to collapse. It's possible she's from a large litter and had to jostle her littermates for time at the milk bar or just find a place in the crowd to sleep. It's probably part of her nightly routine. However, if she seems to have balance issues when she's not in your bed, staggering, falling, missing when she jumps, you might want to take her to the vet to have her checked.
