Would my cat pee outside of her box because she smelled a mouse?

It's happened a few times in isolation the last weeks and I just caught a glimpse of a mouse scurrying under the fridge. She does not have a UTI

I don't believe the two are related. Smelling cat pee would cause mice to hide. The cat wants the mouse to show itself so the cat can have a live toy to play with and/or eat. Get the kind of litter additive that changes color when something is wrong. What might not be a UTI may be crystals... which are worse and require vet food, at least temporarily. ^_^
