Is my cat concussed?

When I found him I just though he was asleep with his head facing my bed post. I picked him up to put him on my bed so he'd be comfy. He just started to scratch and cry like he was scared. I assumed he was just in shock. Mum also found him like 10 mins after and he acts like he's blind. He can't find his way anywhere and crashes into things. He doesn't really drink he does a bit. As far as we know he hasn't vomited or fainted. His pupils are fine. We have put him in his cage to rest in the dark for a while. We can't think of anything that would cause this and the vets a fair way away. Any idea? Ps remember he's four weeks old and he had cat flu as a little baby but he doesn't have it any more. Just wondering what's wrong and how to help x
