Cat is extremely thin and vomits a lot, but she still eats. What can I do?

I have an older cat (11+) who has become extremely thin. In fact she looks more like an emaciated stray, but I do feed her and she definitely wants to eat (though she is picky). She drinks water and uses her litterbox fine. I've had her thyroid hormone checked numerous times and it is always normal. Her blood tests are always normal. The only thing I haven't done is more invasive, exploratory surgery, because I don't think she could handle it. She's just too frail. What else can I do? She has lost so much weight and she vomits a lot. I feel terrible! I don't want her to suffer, but I also want to make sure I've done all I can for her.
