Deaf kitten - tips for training?

D ViD Vi ChicagoMember Posts: 22 ✭✭

Back in July I adopted 2 kittens, and it turns out one of them is deaf. He's my wild man. He's constantly walking on the kitchen counter, trying to get in my medicine cabinet, and has been known to open my jewelry box and steal my rings. They have a big cat tree that they love, lots of scratching posts, and even a cat wheel.

Any advice from other parents of deaf kitties on how to train them to keep off counters and my stove, and stay out of my medicine cabinet. I love him to bits but I'm scared he's gonna get into something dangerous.
