We are also sending purrs for those Catsters in New Zealand |:| Mum has read some posts over on Facebook from other concerned Catster humans. We have heard that 'Mr D' and his family are all safe. We will keep you posted as and when we hear any other news.

Mr. D checked in with us late last night, they're okay thank goodness. Purrs to all the kitties, any other furries and their families there in New Zealand. So scary! Thank you for starting this thread, we were thinking of doing just that. |:|

We just heard from Mr. D again, they are okay. They're on a separate part of the island so they're fine. But they have a few friends that are there and they haven't heard from them yet. So we can all send purrs for them! Mr. D said one friend works in one of those office buildings that completely collapsed. So scary and we hope they turn up okay. |:|
