what makes my 3 yr old cats head seem to be permantly tilted to the right & she falls to the right w

this has only been goin on for the last 2 weeks or so

    This is a medical question and we are not vets nor should we be guessing what is wrong. It could be anything from a stroke to being hit by a car if she's an outside kitty. This is not normal behavior for a cat and any time anything like this happens, your first stop should be your vet. If you don't have one, now would be a good time to get one. Purrs for your kitty.

    It could be an inner infection, it could be an ear polyp it could be a neurologic problem. As Izzie said you need a vet to diagnose the problem.

    Agree with the above responses. It sounds like a neurological problem. You need to bring her to the vet promptly to exclude a space occupying lesion in the head. Good luck.
