    No. Most illnesses do not cross species from human to cat or even dog to cat. Things like parasites (Giardia, worms, etc) and fungus (ringworm, etc) can pass to and from each other. But not colds, flu and things like that.

    Most illnesses cannot be passes from cats to humans, but parasites can be exchanged.
