    Since we are not vets here and do not know your cat, you, or your vet, this is something you truly need to discuss with your vet. If you are not satisfied with your vet's answers, then you need to go to a different vet for a second opinion. There are a few digestive issues that could cause bloating, but keep in mind that if a kitten is very infested with worms, it sometimes takes 2 or 3 treatment before they are cured. If you are questioning the treatment, please talk seriously to your vet to make sure you undertstand what is being done.
