Leila is right. As much as we'd like to hand out free medical advice, we are not vets here and even if we were, we shouldn't try to diagnose or prescribe treatment for a cat we've never seen and don't know the medical history of. We aren't trying to be nasty or cruel. We simply can't tell you what's wrong with your cat just from a description of his symptoms over the Internet. Your cat is in pain. There is something wrong with him. If it were child or yourself and you had these symptoms, you would (or should) call a doctor. Good luck and hope your kitty feels better soon.
