You need to take her to a vet as she has an abscess and if you don't treat it she'll probably die. They can give her antibiotics to treat the infection and depending on her health/ an exam of the tooth may pull the tooth too. If money is tight ask the vet if you can pay in installments or if they do carecredit.

Please take your cat to a vet IMMEDIATELY! She has an infection obviously if there is puss draining (smelly stuff). If she is not treated promptly with antibiotics, the infection could spread throughout her body and kill her. I'm sorry, but that is the truth. You don't mess with these types of infections, as it could spread to her brain - just like it would if a human had an abscessed tooth infection. Please get her treatment NOW! I'll say some prayers for her speedy recovery. Best of luck.

The other two posters are exactly right. Remember, we are not vets here and even if we were, we could not treat your kitty through a computer. She's given you a lot of good years. Now that she's old, she'll need a little more medical care. She has an infection in her tooth that will spread to her gums and other teeth if it hasn't already. Eventually, it will spread to her sinuses and then to her brain. It's not a great way to die. You can google "low cost veterinary care" in your area if you don't have the funds for vet care. And, if you have a regular vet who's taken care of her all her life, they make work out a payment plan for you. Good luck.
