Whenever there is a sudden change in behavior, we always recommend at least a call to the vet. It's possible that Yoda may have a virus or unfriendly bacteria in her system that's causing her to not be able to control her bowels. Outwardly, she may not exhibit any symptoms. Cats will also use feces as well as urine to mark their territory. Research what's gone on in your home. Even something you don't think would have affected her may have. I once left an open container of tuna salad on my counter when I went to answer the phone and Izzie got into it. I didn't realize how sick it would make him until I was up at 3AM changing my bed. Also, the enzyme cleaners need to be left on a spot for a half hour or more to work. I never realized this until I actually read the directions once. I was just wiping up the stain with it, not leaving it on and giving it a chance to work. You may need to have to rug professionally cleaned. But do call your vet and ask for their advice.
