    First of all, have your cat examined by your vet to make sure he doesn't have any urinary medical problems. If he doesn't have any medical problems, then you might want to try Feliway spray in your house. It claims to reduce spraying and other cat urinary problem behaviors by at least 95% and also works to calm cats and help with other behavior problems. Many people have had success using it.
