    Please get your cat to a vet asap! I had a similar issue with one of my cats this year and it turned out to be cancer. It could be a dental issue, but please get it checked out.

    Is it a lump under the skin/hair, or is it more like a scab? If it's scabby, I have the same issue and just learned what it was, so I can help!
