RPC and Wheat Gluten Were Actually Wheat Flour

Posted at www.avma.org: "The FDA and USDA announced today that wheat flour, mislabeled as wheat gluten and rice protein concentrate, is actually the melamine-contaminated ingredient that has been the focus of a massive pet food recall, not wheat gluten or rice protein concentrate as previously believed." Anti-allergy foods that contained RPC to avoid wheat were not wheat-free.

    That's awful! I hope that grain free food remains grain free...at this point who knows :? I'm sure that with this news more recalls are on the way :((
