Dear Catster reader,

Almost two years ago, we invested numerous resources and rebuilt the Catster community. With new hardware, software and personnel, we did our best to satisfy the many users who shared their thoughts, pictures, questions, and love for and of their pets with us and friends. It was a thriving community with many users. We hoped, however, there would be more like you.

Times and habits have changed and we are sad to announce that the Catster community will be closing down on July 20, 2019.

Catster magazine, and the associated social media sites are NOT shutting down. We encourage you to continue reading the content found in the pages of the magazine and the web sites, commenting through the mechanisms provided and sharing your ideas and comments with us and your fellow readers.

Instructions for accessing pet profiles were shared with everyone in 2017. The instructions can be found elsewhere within the forum. AFTER JULY 20TH, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THIS CONTENT. And, effective immediately, we are no longer able to answer questions about the community.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to serving you through our magazine and website.

Hello all, welcome to the Kitty Cat Cruise! Let me first introduce myself, I am Jax, you're Captain, and hopefully your friend! I will be steering the ship on one day cruises around Pussycat Isle. Although the trip is only one day long, you can stay on as long as you want, come when you want, leave when you want, and do whatever you want! (you dont have to read everything below, but it may help you get to know the ship better) There are 500 Rooms on the ship, 250 on the second floor, 250 on the third. Your room number isn't of much importance, as you will be spending little to no time in your room, but you can choose your floor, and meet the people on your floor. Age ranges are... Kittens - > newborn to 4 years old Kitty Cats -> 5 to 10 years old Cats -> 11 years and up These terms will be used often on the ship, so please be sure to know them! On the first floor we have our pool, spa (Cats only), Kitten room, Kitty Cat room, and the Cat room. In these rooms are dances, Catnip bars (less intense in the younger felines rooms), and theme nights. In these rooms you can also meet the feline of your dreams and have a wedding in our third floor balcony chapel! In the Kitten room we also have kittensitters and entertainment for the Kittens. To become a kittensitter just enter the room and be sure to state that you are a kitten sitter. On the first floor we also have 3 restaurants - no reservations needed Catnip Cafe - Hang out with your best friends and the best Feline entertainment! Mouse Mixer - A delightful family restaurant with a famous dessert! "Mouse a la carte" Fancy Feline - An expensive and Fancy place to eat our most talented chefs cook up amazing lunches and dinners! NOTE: if you would like to be entertainment at the Catnip Cafe, just post what you would like to do, and then do it! if its a song, post the lyrics! if its a trick, post what you can do! Anything else... just do it! On the second floor is the first 250 rooms, and other than that just a balcony reaching over the back end. On the third floor we have Two large balconies on the front and back of the ship, and in the front we have our Kitty Cat Cruise Chapel, where any felines can say theyre vows and have the oceanic wedding of a lifetime! thats all for now, folks! Be sure to check it all out!
