Dear Catster reader,

Almost two years ago, we invested numerous resources and rebuilt the Catster community. With new hardware, software and personnel, we did our best to satisfy the many users who shared their thoughts, pictures, questions, and love for and of their pets with us and friends. It was a thriving community with many users. We hoped, however, there would be more like you.

Times and habits have changed and we are sad to announce that the Catster community will be closing down on July 20, 2019.

Catster magazine, www.catster.com and the associated social media sites are NOT shutting down. We encourage you to continue reading the content found in the pages of the magazine and the web sites, commenting through the mechanisms provided and sharing your ideas and comments with us and your fellow readers.

Instructions for accessing pet profiles were shared with everyone in 2017. The instructions can be found elsewhere within the forum. AFTER JULY 20TH, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THIS CONTENT. And, effective immediately, we are no longer able to answer questions about the community.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to serving you through our magazine and website.

Cheers,
Catster

All of a sudden, mt two brothers Jazz and Fatty about 8 and 6 months are only wanting Market Select by Meo Mix for wet food! They walk away from Pet Guard, Nutro wet (chicken and Tuna). Fatty will eat some chicken high grades, but Jazz will only devour Solid gold Tuna. It took us weeks to get off fancy feast...Jazz's tummy couldn't handle it. As for dry food, we freed feed a combo of Nutro Sensitive Kitten Food and Pro Plan and other ASSORTED KIBBLES. Mom puts them in a storage tub and mixes them up and then into those feeders that go all day, for when she is away. We are not hungry. But I am new and only fifteen weeks...what should I eat. Mom can't get the energy to chop chiken, put Tuna water in it and rice. She did that with the boys and it only worked for so long. Occasionally they will eat Natures Balance or california Natural...most of the time they like this cheap stuff. I'm aPerisan...I go in the litter box,* but no-one has taught me to cover it up yet.....What to do?

    The best thing you can do it just be persistent. My cats will eat anything you put in front of them, so I have never really has to deal with this before. A recommendation is Innova EVO canned food, my cats seem to love it more than the rest and it has a good meaty smell to it. Just keep trying..... maybe one day they\'ll understand that your only trying to make them healthier! =;
